Delvista Towers is a dual tower condo community offering two, three, and four bedroom homes in the Aventura area of South Florida. It is perfectly situated close to tons of amenities and a great place for those who enjoy an active lifestyle. Complex

The condo complex has fantastic facilities, including a fitness center, tennis courts, golf course, jogging paths, sauna, and a large heated outdoor swimming pool with plenty of sun loungers. Condo prices range from reasonable to luxurious, with some having their own ocean views. The building has a spacious, well maintained, marble floored lobby and there is 24-hour security on site. Each condo has one parking space. The grounds are beautifully looked after with plenty of lush vegetation and flowers. It is conveniently located to both Miami and Fort Lauderdale Airport. 

Restaurants

There are several restaurants within walking distance of the complex serving American to more exotic cuisine. For something less formal or a spot to grab a morning coffee there are a number of cafés less than a mile away, including Starbucks. The Aventura Mall also has a good choice of eateries - Cheesecake Factory, Sushi Siam, Padrino's Cuban Cuisine, and Rosalia's are just a few.

Nightlife

You don't have to go far for a little nighttime fun. Nearby, you'll find an Irish Pub, Martini Lounge, cigar café, cabaret, and comedy club. You can also enjoy racing at Gulfstream or try your luck at the casino, both a short drive away.

Groceries

There is a good choice of supermarkets less than a mile away. You'll find large chain markets, such as Stop & Shop, Whole Foods Market, and Wal-Mart, as well as some small specialty shops that sell kosher and gourmet items.

Shopping Center

The shopping at the nearby Aventura Mall is fabulous. It has all of the favorite retail chains - Gap, Ugg, Banana Republic, Hollister Co., Claire's, and H&M. But these mall regulars aren't the only good shops here. Several high fashion brands have their own shops, including Dior, Coach, Cartier, 7 For All Mankind, All Saints, Longchamp, and Reiss. Nordstrom, Macy's, and Bloomingdale's head up the department stores. The mall isn't just for shopping however. It also has a massive 24-screen movie theater, including an IMAX, a fitness club, a day spa, and a concierge center.

Schools

In under 1.5 miles you'll find several good schools, including Aventura Waterways K-8 Center and the Aventura City of Excellence School.
